Laura Salazar is Co-owner of Pristine LLC, and here are some interesting facts about her!
Her favorite past-time?
Laura’s favorite pastime is spending time with her 16 month old Alessandra and date nights with her husband Jose. She loves to take her daughter to the park, or capturing moments on camera such as Alessandra learning new words. A typical date night with her husband, consists of going out to eat at one of their favorite restaurants, visiting local museums and aquariums.
What are some hobbies?
Laura likes to play the piano, she also likes to sing. She sings in her church choir. Laura loves to travel, she and her husband are avid travelers and have been to Spain, Italy, France, Turks and Caicos, Hawaii, just to name a few. She likes to try new foods, learning new culture and customs. Laura likes to scrapbook, specifically family moments or destination themes from her travels.
So what is Laura’s favorite place she has traveled?
Italy, but Greece is a close second. Italy had a great mix of culture and sites to see. Laura particularly enjoyed the gondola ride, music and art in Venice, but her favorite part was the food.
What her favorite show or movie?
Laura does not watch much T.V but when she does it is usually something Disney. Laura likes the classic Disney movies and grew up watching 101 Dalmatians and the Lion King.
Laura’s favorite food?
Pasta, this is a bit of an obsession.
Does she have any nicknames?
Lo, is something that her family calls her. When she was younger it was LoLo or Lo-bear (because she had an obsessions with teddy bears)
What is your favorite book to read?
Laura has many books, and enjoys to read. She has many books in her collection, books from non-fiction to fiction novels, self-help and business books. Her favorite though is the Bible. There is so much wisdom and just practical advise for everyday living.
Favorite sports team?
Laura admittedly does not know to much about current sports, but has grown to like the teams her husband likes. Detroit Tigers, Detroit Lions and the Michigan Wolverines are the teams they root for.
How Many Kids does Laura have?
Laura has 1 daughter, Alessandra Marie and one boy on the way(due late February 2020)!
Why did Laura get into the cleaning business?
Laura says from the time she was of age to join the workforce she knew that she wanted to have her own business. Growing up on a farm, she knew the importance of hard work and being self-sustaining. Cleaning came natural to her because she was always looking for ways to help around the house growing up. She was in a large retail company for years and moved into a Department Manager position, which taught her managerial, labor, customer service, and how a large company operates. As Laura learned those skills she thought of a service that she knows very well, and that is cleaning.
